Our domestic returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received, in the original packaging. Gift cards, downloadable software, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Pre-orders may be refunded before shipment. Once shipped, the standard 30-day return policy applies. Check pre-order status
Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility unless the return is due to our error. In such cases, we cover all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
