Your Right to Opt Out
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. However, like most online stores, we use advertising and analytics tools that may track your browsing across other websites, which the CCPA treats as “sharing.”
If you are a California resident, you can tell us to stop this sharing at any time. Your choice does not affect your ability to shop, and it costs you nothing.
How to Submit a Request
- Email hatshow@tilgomedal.com with the subject line “Opt-Out Request.”
- Include your name and the email address you use with us so we can identify your browser/account.
- We will process and confirm your request within 15 business days.
What Happens Next
Once your request is processed, we stop sharing your device and browsing data for targeted advertising. Essential services such as order fulfillment, shipping, and fraud protection continue to operate normally. You may opt back in at any time by emailing us.
What We Share
Limited device and usage data (such as pages visited and approximate location) is shared with advertising and analytics providers (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google) to measure ad performance. We never sell your name, address, or payment details.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals detected in your browser automatically. If you have enabled GPC, no further action is needed.
