By placing an order with TilgoMedal®, you agree to the following terms. TilgoMedal® is a USPTO registered brand (Reg. No. 7,071,577) owned by Zhuhai HaoQing Textile Co., Ltd.

1. Pricing & Tax

All prices are in USD and include tax. Wholesale tiered pricing applies automatically at checkout based on order quantity. Discounts are not combinable with other promotions unless stated.

2. Order Processing

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom / OEM / ODM orders require 7–30 days production time depending on complexity.

3. Shipping

We ship via DHL, FedEx and UPS with 3–5 business day delivery to the USA. Free US shipping on orders over $18. Tracking info is emailed once the order ships.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom / OEM orders are final sale. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item arrived defective.

5. Quality & Warranty

Every hat undergoes factory QC. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund.

6. Trademark & Copyright

TilgoMedal® name, logo and designs are federally protected. Unauthorized reproduction, resale or imitation is prohibited and will be prosecuted.
